Core Group - Order Management Controller

As an Order Management Controller, you will be the vital link between our valued customers, dedicated sales team, and our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Processing Orders:
- Process customer orders in Syspro, Filemaker & Flowgear against allocations per customer.
- Track shipments for customers with couriers until delivery.
- Control and manage customer back orders.
- Manage emails on a ticketing system - Freshservices.
- Daily stock transfers to customers and different locations.
Billing / Financial Services:
- Invoice customers daily on Syspro.
- Make sure every day that orders are billed and if they are not billed, escalate the issue to the warehouse.
Service & Sales Support:
- Generate daily reports for customer purchase orders captured and weekly backorders
- Arrange pick-up requests from customers approved by Business Unit Heads.
- Communicate effectively with customers
About You:
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate.
Experience Required:
- Practical experience in a sales administration role.
- Familiarity with working with different currencies.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.

- Systems Knowledge: Proficient in processing orders in Syspro, Flowgear, Filemaker & Freshservices
- Attention to Detail: Diligent with all daily activities.
- Team Orientation: A collaborative team player within the Order Management team.

- Customer Service: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
