Requirements

✔️ 5+ years of experience managing a sales team (preference for express courier sales management experience).
✔️ Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
✔️ A proven track record of driving new business sales and meeting targets.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
