Job Summary:
As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to engage with businesses to promote our B-BBEE consulting services and learnership offerings. You will reach out to potential clients via phone, introducing them to our services, identifying their needs, and scheduling consultations for further engagement. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified leads, foster client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our consulting and learnership divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to businesses to promote our B-BBEE consulting services and learnership programs.
• Service Presentation: Provide an overview of the benefits of B-BBEE compliance and the value of our consulting and learnership offerings.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls for the sales or consulting team to further discuss the client's requirements.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential clients, providing them with valuable information and maintaining consistent communication.
• Follow-up & Reminders: Keep track of leads, follow up on previous interactions, and ensure that no opportunity is missed.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly call quotas and sales targets.
• CRM Management: Accurately record all client interactions and updates in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our B-BBEE consulting services and learnership offerings to effectively communicate the value to potential clients.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in a business-to-business environment).
• Strong interest in B-BBEE regulations and learnerships, with a willingness to learn about the specifics of these areas.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to articulate complex information simply and effectively.
• Preference will be given to candidates that has telemarketing experience in the BEE and Learnership fields.
