- Oversee the procurement and planning of pharmaceutical finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers , ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
- Manage the purchasing of controlled substances , adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, analyze inventory trends, and enhance supply chain efficiency .
- Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts , and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure accurate procurement documentation , including purchase orders, supplier agreements, and compliance records.
- Work closely with logistics and regulatory teams to facilitate seamless import processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- CIPS qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years in a Buyer/Planner role within the pharmaceutical industry .
- Experience managing international suppliers and finished goods in a global supply chain.
- Exposure to controlled substances procurement and regulatory compliance .
- Strong understanding of inventory management practices and ERP systems .
