- Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyse and interpret financial data, offering actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Provide tax guidance and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, particularly in the facilities and property sectors.
- Lead the preparation and management of cash flow, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable processes
Education:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA).
- Three to four years of post-article experience in a similar role, preferably within the facilities management or property sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is highly preferred.
