This market-leading business is at the forefront of the financial industry and they are in search of a meticulous Technical IFRS Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a crucial member of their finance division, you will be responsible for interpreting and implementing complex IFRS standards, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to enhance financial reporting accuracy.Other Duties Include:
- Interpret and implement IFRS standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent application of IFRS principles.
- Stay abreast of IFRS updates and communicate their impact on the organization.
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting issues and financial transactions.
- Contribute to the development of IFRS training programs for finance teams.
Education:
- Qualified CA(SA)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Newly qualified (Banking clients is a non-negotiable) OR
- 2 – 4 years minimum in a Technical / IFRS focused role
