Branch Manager

Description:

· Own business or senior logistics management experience essential, 10 years minimum · Matric with a tertiary qualification advantageous · Geographical knowledge of Mpumalanga and surrounding areas and marketing to clients in this area · Customer and service-orientated · Parcel Perfect, Totems, and Landmark/Fleet Active experience advantageous · Good knowledge of HR and disciplinary procedures · Experience in managing and training staff and fleet compliment

Data analyses and high-level reporting experience

Requirements:

• Fleet Management: 7 to 8 years
• Management: 8 to 9 years
• Operations: 7 to 8 years

· Effectively and efficiently manage Operations team and Driver Compliment · Achieve KPIs, meet set targets, and set up budgets · Ensure that there is compliance with all policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal controls · Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is done accurately and timeously and contains appropriate content to enable effective decision-making · Ensure achievement of the company’s strategic objectives, goals, and targets · Play a detailed support role to the Regional Executive · Apply the most efficient logistic solutions to minimize the company’s internal costs · Effectively manage the fleet to meet customers' delivery and collection requirements · Establish and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets · Enforce an ethical, honest, transparent, and fair work environment · Performance management of staff and succession planning · Recruitment and training on branch level · Compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to operations · Customer relationship management
