Description:
This role is ideal for a candidate eager to gain experience inoffice administration and customer service. The intern will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with scheduling and meeting room coordination.
Ordering office supplies
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office
Supply management:
Supplying customers with adhoc quotations.
Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Administration assistance to 2 Directors e.g. confirming appointments, filing
etc.
Requirements:
South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34
A qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office including outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
