- Minimum of 7+ years of business experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
- Strong experience in sales & marketing, financial management, and project execution.
- Track record of achieving business growth while managing P&L targets.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
