Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Business Analyst to join their team in Century City. If you have a passion for delivering innovative solutions within the IT and supply chain sectors, this is the opportunity for you. Primary Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in implementing and/or developing IT applications for medium and large organizations.
- Proven experience in a business analyst role within the supply chain industry, including logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, ERP, or warehousing applications.
- Experience in International Supply Chain (Import and Export) operations.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- A tertiary qualification, National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business Analysis or related fields.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and develop effective and innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in running JAD sessions or requirements workshops with clients.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working on projects at all levels and delivering results with quality and pride.
- Team player with a strong willingness to work within a structured environment.
- Ability to work independently on projects while adhering to deadlines and project plans.
- Experience with MS SQL and Transact SQL.
- Familiarity with Application Integration projects, including integration technologies such as web services, APIs, etc.
- Experience working with Customs (SARS or others) is an added advantage.
