Skills & QualificationsMatric and 4 years debtors and creditors experience
Pastel Accounting experience is essential advanced level
Excel is essential advanced level (spreadsheets, formulas, graphs)
Applicants who apply must have their own transport and live in or around Bedfordview.
This position reports to the Financial Manager
Duties
Creating new suppliers on Pastel Accounting
Creditors function for the Group (Collecting & vetting paperwork)
Creditor payment requisitions
Reconciling creditors accounts
Creditors queries
Debtors invoicing for the Group
Reconciling debtors accounts (no collections)
Sending out debtors Statements
Resolve debtors queries
Bank statements Payments captured into Pastel.
Travel arrangements for the group, occasionally
Booking & manage the travel account
