Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic and fast-growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the sales process, driving new business opportunities and engaging with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and connect with potential clients, booking and qualifying meetings with key decision-makers.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, and Dripify to create and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
Understanding Client Needs: Engage with businesses to uncover pain points related to employee financial wellbeing and position the platform as the ideal solution.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine sales strategies and optimize lead conversion.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to track progress and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Outbound Sales Experience: Proven experience in an SDR or similar role with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.Start-Up Mentality: Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Tech-Savvy & Results-Driven: Comfortable using sales enablement tools and eager to hit and exceed targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
