        • Handle ticket cancellations and modifications based on customer requests.
        • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and travel restrictions.
        • Assist customers with seat selection, meal preferences, and special requests.
        • Resolve booking issues, delays, or disruptions promptly and professionally.
        • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel itineraries.
        • Booking accommodation
        • Offer value-added services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and hotel bookings to enhance customer experiences.
        • Address and resolve booking errors, payment discrepancies, or other ticketing-related challenges.
        • Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel industry trends to provide the best advice to clients.
