Job Description
- Analyze client needs: Understand the clients business processes and functional requirements
- Develop solutions: Recommend cost-effective solutions that support the clients business needs
- Implement solutions: Install, set up, and support the Sage system software
- Train clients: Manage training and development sessions to ensure clients can operate the Sage systems
- Maintain client relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Document work: Prepare detailed documentation to validate and communicate client information
- Support sales: Assist with sales estimates, proposals, and demonstrations
- Identify opportunities: Identify additional product or service opportunities within customer organizations
Qualifications
- Degree Finance/Accounting or similar
- Sage X3 V12 Certification (all Modules)
Skills
- 3+ Years Experience in SAGE X3 Functional Consulting
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics
- Crystal Reporting
