Education/Training:
N6/Btech (NQF 6 minimum) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. The Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Factories ticket non-negotiable Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by specialized training in electrical or mechanical maintenance systems or a related field. Red Seal Trade Test qualification as a Millwright/Electrician/Mechatronics Technician. Supervisory Management or any Management Certificate/Qualification will be advantageousExperience:
5-10 years of plant maintenance experience. 5 years experience in a lead supervisory/managerial role in the FMCG/Manufacturing Industry. Must be able to exercise excellent Leadership skills
