Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in SQL scripting, administration, and troubleshooting
Expertise in Help Desk support, ticketing systems, and ITIL frameworks
Experience with software deployment, updates, and user training
Strong problem-solving skills detect and defeat technical issues like a pro!
Ability to communicate with clients and internal teams like a true leader
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
Additional:
Valid drivers license & reliable transport for the occasional on-site mission
