Qualification- Matric Requirements
- Must be experienced in working with excel spreadsheets.
- Good Computer skills
- Must have own reliable transport
- Customer service orientated
- Well organised with strong administrative skillsDuties
- Supporting and assisting the rentals & sales team with quoting
- Assisting and preparing of tenders as and when required
- Ensuring complete rentals & sales packs are received from reps before processing
- Following up to obtain and rentals & sales commercial packs
- Updating and tracking of rentals & sales pipelines and schedules
- Processing monthly batch invoice runs for all Rental On-Hires
- Assisting with administration and invoicing for S.A, Africa & Sasol
- Assisting with all new Rental & Sale Orders / Invoice requests / COHs & Extension COHs / request for Works Orders to be opened.
- Sending complete Rentals & Sales packs to Logistics for delivery.
- Loading Off Hire requests on Syrinx and emailing it to Logistics with the
- unit inspection forms to be used.
- Checking and sending credit note requests for approval.
- Printing delivery docs and confirming new Hire Contracts on Syrinx.
- Printing collection docs and confirming Off-Hires on Syrinx.
- Checking delivery & collection documents for damages and preparing damages quotes & invoices.
- Processing monthly increase letters and uploading for signature
- Preparing early cancellation letters for approval
- Checking and submitting all documents required for deposit refund request to finance
- Assisting and processing of stock movements
- Assisting finance with sorting out queries.
