Requirements:1. Experience in Marketing & Sales, Client Success, Experience or Retention.
2. Prior experience in Logistics/Transport industries is highly preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Strong customer focus with excellent problem resolution skills.
5. Exceptional ability in communication (verbal, written, and presentation).
6. Proven experience in managing expectations and delivering information in a concise manner.
7. Ability to understand and adapt to the latest technology.
