A Restaurant based on the West Rand is looking for a Floor Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations on the restaurant floor.Duties will include (but not limited to):
Greeting and seating guests Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests Managing waitstaff, bartenders, and other front-of-house employees Overseeing the smooth running of the dining area during service hours Coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house staff for timely food delivery Monitoring inventory of suppliesRequirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant Strong decision-making skills under pressure Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and managing inventory Must reside in or close to West Rand (not negotiable due to hours that can change at short notice)
