Primary Purpose:
Establish and maintain us as a trusted partner with new and existing customers. Care for customers by listening, offering solutions based on their needs, and being a proactive partner in their reliability and maintenance planning.
Essential Functions:
o Hunter Position – aggressively seek new opportunities to reach and exceed assigned revenue targets
o Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential customers
o Prospect and qualify new sales leads
o Manage and grow existing clients accounts to achieve sales targets
o Achieve set sales quota’s, KPI’s, and various sales metrics set by executive management
o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities
o Up & Cross Sell diverse offerings of industrial & technical products and services across parent company portfolio, including sister company product lines
o Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using CRM tools
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
o Serve as single point of contact for accounts & territory
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer support
o Manage expectations of the customer to deliver the most successful results possible every time
o Organize and plan customer meetings (in-person and virtual), presentations, workshops, and site visits
o Engage in and contribute to sales meetings and initiatives for planning, strategizing and successfully implementing sales objectives
o Travel within the region for customer meetings, site visits, sales meetings, industry events, joint sales calls, training events
o Communicate competitive market information to help sales support team build competitive bids.

Requirements:
- Sales: 4 to 5 years
Requirements:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication or related fields OR equivalent work experience
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales.
• Other:
o Results-oriented mindset, focused on the execution of goals
o Ability to create and maintain a strong sales funnel
o Proven track record of successfully exceeding sales targets
o Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building abilities, including navigating customer relations
o Ability to manage technical issues effectively
o Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM
o Strong listening & organizational skills
o Strong self-initiative with the ability to effectively work without direct supervision
o Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events
