Job Purpose:The Leasing Manager is responsible for the strategic management of leasing activities within a super regional mall , ensuring optimal tenant mix, maximized rental income, and long-term value creation. This role requires strong industry expertise, relationship management, and negotiation skills to secure high-profile tenants and premium leasing deals .
The Leasing Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement leasing strategies that align with market trends, financial goals, and operational objectives.

- Proven track record in securing anchor tenants, negotiating leases, and driving revenue growth .
- Strong understanding of retail leasing trends, property law, and lease agreements .
- Experience in financial modelling, rental negotiations, and lease structuring .

- Ability to analyze leasing data and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.

- Identify and secure key anchor tenants , ensuring long-term stability and foot traffic.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, rental trends, and competitor performance.
- Manage lease renewals, negotiations, and vacancy reduction strategies.
- Maximize rental income by negotiating competitive lease agreements .
- Ensure leases comply with legal and financial regulations .
- Conduct financial analysis on rental structures, escalations, and tenant turnover.
- Maintain accurate leasing forecasts, reports, and budget projections .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry professionals .
- Work closely with marketing teams to support tenant success through promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related disputes and escalations .
- Oversee leasing administration, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping .
- Monitor tenant performance and identify opportunities for lease restructuring or tenant replacement .
- Provide regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue targets .
- Stay up to date with industry developments, market shifts, and investment opportunities .
- Strong ability to negotiate lease terms that maximize revenue while maintaining tenant satisfaction.
