This role reports to the Head of Finance some the responsibilities: finance management and reporting, providing insights to maximize asset value and profitability, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies, preparing and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Budgeting & forecasting, develop and managing financial models for property performance evaluation, risk & compliance, ensure statutory compliance with tax regulations, REIT requirements, and financial controls
