We are seeking a Site Agent to manage building sites in Cape Town. If you have a strong background in construction management and are ready to lead projects with efficiency and professionalism, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:â?? Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule
â?? Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
â?? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
â?? Coordinate logistics and material deliveries
â?? Report on project progress and resolve on-site issues
Requirements:â??ï¸ Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in construction
â??ï¸ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
â??ï¸ Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
â??ï¸ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
â??ï¸ Drivers license and own transport preferred
