Description:
Minimum Requirements:5 to 6 years of proven experience in a similar role within the mining industry. Civil Engineering qualification is essential. Extensive underground mining project experience is a must. Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope, budgeting, and scheduling. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all project sites.
