Description:
Duties:Supervision and participation in cooking in the Kitchen
Responsible for stock takes, orders, stock capturing and controls
Oversee Scullery staff and activities
Rostering and timekeeping Reports of Department
Produce and cost menus together with the GM
Hygiene and safety orientated
Requirements:
Matric
At least 2 years supervisory experience as a senior Chef
A Tertiary qualification in Cheffing
Creativity
Previous experience in stock control and menu costing
Work under pressure and unsociable hours
Good in supervision of Staff
Quality and standards driven
