The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a background in industrial fabric distribution or a similar industry being highly beneficial. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Matric

DUTIES:
Customer Service:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Support:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s order management system.
- Assist in preparing quotes, sales proposals, and product recommendations.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Order Management:
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track inventory levels and inform customers of availability.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve processes and customer experiences.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
HOURS:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 8:30 – 16:00
