Description:

The Head of Sales is responsible for driving the overall sales performance across various business units within the organization. Working closely with line of business (LoB) heads, the role ensures that sales teams meet and exceed targets, ultimately contributing to the company’s overall revenue and gross margin objectives. Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification (Degree/National Diploma/NQF Level in Sales & Marketing).
  • Product-level certifications (advantageous).
  • Minimum of 20 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in sales leadership.
  • Industry knowledge in data and communication infrastructure.
  • Experience with tender preparation and submission.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong sales leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and economic trends.
  • Skilled in developing high-performing sales teams.

Requirements:
