Quality Control Manager

Description:

• Formulate R & D strategic plan according to the company's development strategy, and provide suggestions and information support for major R & D decisions.
• Organize the formulation of R & D strategy and annual product development plan according to the company's development strategy.
• Organize to collect technical information of relevant industries at home and abroad, technical information of competitors, relevant national technical policies, and analyze technology development trends.
• Regularly provide relevant technical information to the superior and provide information support for major decisions of the company.
• Be responsible for leading the implementation of new product development and product plan improvement.
• Organize the technical feasibility demonstration of new product development, and participate in the feasibility study of new product development projects.
• Organize the implementation, supervision and control of new product development projects. Be responsible for supervising the management of R & D archives and ensuring the standardized collection of R & D materials.
• Be responsible for organizing the technical improvement of the company's old products and reducing product costs.
• Organize and participate in the technical support of sales.
• Actively solve the technical problems in the process of contract performance and after-sales maintenance.
• Participate in the technical support of dealers.
• Participate in supplier management and provide technical support.
• Organize to demonstrate the quality management level, production capacity and production management level of new and old suppliers.

• Be responsible for providing technical support to suppliers and solving technical problems in production.
• Participate in the establishment and improvement of the company's quality management system.

• Assist director to make production plan and supervise quality control.

• Raw materials analysis.
• Train chemist.
• Rework ,reformulation to work offspec raw materials
• Scaling up of new production in the plant.
• Manage the transfer of technology from the HO and UK labs.
• Communicate development ,production &progress for the company with HO.
• Manage the technical and quality specification for the pigments.
• Technical services of pigment into new markets and resolving out of spec products.
• Liaise with the maintenance supervisor on plant design.
• Process optimization.
• Precipitation :step in for absent operators.
• Performance of confidentiality agreement.
• Strictly perform the duties of the confidentiality agreement, do not disclose confidential information to any unauthorized personnel, and do not disclose and use confidential information beyond the scope of work that others are allowed to use.
• C onscientiously complete other temporary tasks assigned by the director.

• Management: 3 to 4 years
• Quality Control: 5 to 6 years
• Laboratory: 5 to 6 years

• Minimum BSC in chemist degree qualification;
• Min. 5 years relevant industry experience working at a similar level in a related field;
• Leadership and people management experience;

• Pigment testing experience;

• Strong quantitative skills, proven attention to detail with effective organisational skills;
• Proven ability to develop, adapt and validate testing methods through research
• Expertise in relevant laboratory techniques and instrumentation;
