- Organize to collect technical information of relevant industries at home and abroad, technical information of competitors, relevant national technical policies, and analyze technology development trends.
- Regularly provide relevant technical information to the superior and provide information support for major decisions of the company.

• Minimum BSC in chemist degree qualification;
• Min. 5 years relevant industry experience working at a similar level in a related field;
• Leadership and people management experience;

• Strong quantitative skills, proven attention to detail with effective organisational skills;
• Proven ability to develop, adapt and validate testing methods through research
