Description:
The Suitable candidate will work with the company's sales, advertising and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Female incumbent
- Admin and social media-related experience
- Ability to work in the following but not limited to: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, Meta Business Suite
- Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area
- Valid driver's license
Skills:
- Create, upload and maintain content across various advertising platforms
- Update all necessary admin spreadsheets and systems
- Arrange marketing material such as flyers, business cards etc
- Demonstrate knowledge of phone an email procedures and etiquette
- Must be able to conduct viewings of the respective properties and do show houses (after hours and over weekends too)
- Must be able to plan/organize company functions and events such as golf days etc
- Must be able and willing to work after hours and on weekends (Especially for events)
