Key Responsibilities:

Managing schedules, appointments & correspondence Preparing reports, documents & presentations Handling administrative tasks & general office support Coordinating meetings & travel arrangements

Requirements:


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary
Strong organizational & communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask & work independently

Drivers licence and own transport essential.
