Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferre 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Develop project proposals and budgets Create detailed project plans and timelines Manage contractors and subcontractors Track project progress and budget Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards Communicate with stakeholders Close out projects with final documentation and analysis
