Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the group’s complex financial consolidations, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Lead the financial control processes, ensuring robust compliance and risk management practices.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic guidance.
• Drive efficiency in financial reporting and controls across the group

Experience and Skills Required

• CA(SA)
• 6+ years of experience in senior financial management roles
• Engineering, Mining, or Manufacturing (preferred but open to others)
• Proven experience in complex financial consolidations and managing group-wide financial operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and strategy
