Human Resources Manager
Area : Germiston, Gauteng.
Package: Negotiable up to R75000 p/m
Purpose of the position: This position is responsible for developing and implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance with South African labour laws, and facilitating strong employee relations.

· Manage Bargaining council agreements (BCCEI)
Requirements:
- Industrial Relations: 8 to 9 years
- Hr Generalist: 8 to 9 years
- Hr Reports: 8 to 9 years
PREREQUISITES
· Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
· 10 years’ experience
· Comprehensive knowledge of South African Labour Law, including LRA, BCEA, Employment Equity, and Skills Development Acts.
· Proven track record in CCMA proceedings.
· Experience with Skills Development Facilitation (SDF).
· Proficiency in Advanced Excel and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
· Hands-on operational approach to HR.
· Project management experience.
· Ability to work autonomously.
