Key Responsibilities:Monitor, analyze, and report on lodge financial performance with a focus on cost control and profitability. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost models for various lodge operations. Analyze operational costs and suggest ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Ensure accurate costing for food, beverages, accommodation, and other services. Prepare financial reports and cost analysis for senior management. Track inventory and supply chain costs to optimize spending. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar, within hospitality or luxury settings. Strong understanding of financial management, cost analysis, and budgeting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management and teams. Experience with hospitality cost structures and operational expenses is a plus. Ability to work in a dynamic and remote environment with minimal supervision.
