Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. Manage the front desk, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Run errands as required. Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A valid drivers license and willingness to run errands as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
