We are looking for a skilled Laminating Production Operator with extensive experience in operating high-tech equipment and working on continuous production lines in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications:- Matric (Grade 12)
- A technical qualification would be an advantage
- Certification in high-tech equipment operation (short courses)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with high-tech equipment
- At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically working with continuous production lines
- Experience in supervising and managing employees
- Production planning and calculation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance
