Are you immediately available to take a four month maternity cover contract?This position is the front face of the company and requires an exceptionally well groomed individual with excellent administration skills and a professional approach of answering calls and meeting and greeting of customers.We require your energetic attitude, your enthusiasm when communicating with customers and ability to think one step ahead at all times with all duties required.Only immediately available candidates will be applicable. REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, reliable transport, as arriving on time for work is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Min two years reception experience
  • Experience in sales administration highly advantageous
  • Punctuality essential
  • Proficient in Excel, word and Outlook
  • Precise, diligent and accurate worker
  • Very well groomed to be the first contact of the company
  • Ability to be highly Professional and courteous with customers at all times

DUTIES
  • Welcome visitors at the Company ensuring the Reception Area is always neat and tidy
  • Answering all incoming calls professionally within 3 rings and transfer calls to correct recipient
  • Screen calls where applicable and take accurate messages
  • Ensure Internal Sales are notified when a visitor wants to view the Showroom.
  • Ensure visitors are comfortable should they have to wait for their appointment.
  • Remain up to date with staff on leave or not in the office in order to assist visitors.
  • Resolve customer queries or direct the call to the relevant person to assist
  • Support and assist the sales consultants in the sales process with administrative duties
  • Generate quotes needed by Sales Assistants
  • Load specials onto the system
  • Load leads onto the system as needed
  • Complete tenders and related documents
  • Complete order templates and forward to admin
  • Follow up on orders and confirm delivery dates – Update forecasts
  • Liaise with customers if and when necessary
  • Resolve customer queries or refer enquiry to relevant person
  • Generate proforma invoices
  • Do other administrative duties within reason if and when requested
