Key Outputs:
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements across departments.
- Liaise with various departments (IT, HR, Finance, and Clinical teams) to understand their needs and propose improvements.
- Facilitate business process re-engineering initiatives and help implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Support IT integration efforts, including digitizing hospital operations, with a focus on data-driven solutions such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Assist in evaluating the impact of proposed changes and provide recommendations for optimizing business performance.
- Ensure that new processes are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting performance standards
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Extensive experience in at least two of the following areas: IT, HR, Finance, or Healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and processes will be highly advantageous.
