Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality front-end software for both user and business applications. Uphold rigorous coding standards and deliver projects within established timelines. Research and evaluate modern implementation techniques to determine the best solutions. Mentor fellow developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaborative practices, including pair programming. Work effectively within an Agile development environment. Required Experience:
5+ years of proven front-end development experience. Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.js. Deep understanding of state management frameworks (e.g., Redux). Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc. Proficiency with Git version control. Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers. Essential Skills and Knowledge:
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with Axios, Lighthouse (or similar performance monitoring tools). Ability to design and implement responsive UI. Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms and REST APIs. Knowledge of using a REST Client such as POSTMAN. Solid understanding of MySQL. Desirable Skills:
