What Youll Be Doing:â?? Financial Management & Reporting
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for property assets. Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable processing, and general ledger maintenance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property expenses.â?? Property Accounting & Compliance
Ensure accurate tracking of rental income, expenses, and property-related costs. Assist with lease accounting, tenant billing, and financial statements. Maintain compliance with IFRS, VAT, and local tax regulations.â?? Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with property managers, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth financial operations. Work closely with the senior accounting team to support financial reporting processes.
What Were Looking For:
ð??? Education & Experience
Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2/3 + years of experience in property accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.ð??¡ Skill/s & Expertise
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MDA, MRI, Sage, or similar). Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.â?¨ Bonus Points for:
