Job Description
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Manage maintenance staff and ensure that they do daily inspections.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans,
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions, inspecting machinery for issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshooting complex problems, maintaining detailed maintenance records,
- Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime,.
- Staying updated on technical advancements to optimize equipment performance
- Liaise with management on annual maintenance budget.
- Manage and Comply with all legal, ISO 9001, FSMS, and SHEQ requirements applicable to the company
- Perform other duties as might be requested by Management from time to time.
