- Overseeing the monthly group consolidation process and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
- Managing external audits, IFRS compliance, and statutory financial obligations.
- Reviewing and maintaining accounting policies, technical position papers, and regulatory submissions.
- Providing financial insights to executive leadership through balance sheet analysis and cash flow commentary.
- Driving efficiency initiatives, improving financial processes, and strengthening internal controls.
- Leading and mentoring the corporate finance team while collaborating with global business units.
- CA(SA) qualification with strong expertise in complex consolidations.
- Experience in IFRS reporting, statutory compliance, and multinational financial operations.
- Proven ability to manage audits, implement process improvements, and provide financial leadership.
