ADVERTISING KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERCAPE TOWN/ JOHANNESBURG Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary liaison between internal & external stakeholders
- Create advertising proposals to drive strategic objectives
- Generate campaign cost estimates (CEs) and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
- Generate regular performance reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionable insights to clients for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with various creative, analytics, and campaign management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Provide actionable, insightful reporting to Advertisers with suggestions for future campaigns
- Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to improve the experience of the advertiser
- Matric
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Media, if the Degree/Advanced Diploma qualification requirement isn't met, 6+ years' experience in a digital/advertising account management role in digital marketing, advertising or similar environment
- Minimum 5 years of Advertising Account Management experience or 3 years Digital Account Management experience
- Strong knowledge of the Digital Advertising & e-commerce landscape
- Ability to identify key advertising sales opportunities and translate these into implementable solutions and action plans
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, with the ability to understand client goals and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Strong ⯠proficiency ⯠in Google Workspace
