Key Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Management – Manage daily schedules, confirm appointments, and ensure timely arrival
  • Appointment Resolution – Fulfill client requirements, complete documentation, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure payment collection when required
  • Administration – Submit completed documents, process payments, and manage support tickets efficiently
  • General – Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver top-notch customer service
Qualifications:
  • Matric Certificate
  • Apple Support Professional (ASP) Certification
  • JAMF Engineer Certification (JAMF 100 & 200)
  • MCNA & MCRE Certifications
  • Ruckus Support Engineer Certification
  • Maintain a 20,000-point average in Apple SEED
  • Valid Driver’s License
