Store Manager | Sandton | Luxury Nail SalonSeeking an experienced STORE MANAGER to join the team of a luxury, award winning nail salon, located in Sandton, JHB. This brand has originated in New York, USA and now have branches in Johannesburg and Cape Town. It is popular with high-end clientele as well as national and international celebrities. It is a ONE-STOP shop for unique beauty and grooming services for women, men and kids.Purpose of Position:
To oversee the daily operations of the salon, leading by example and providing direction, support, and technical guidance to the team. This includes maintaining the highest standards in equipment, products, and services. The Store Manager will use excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, while ensuring a productive and healthy environment for both staff and guests.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure professionalism in the salon by maintaining open communication between management, employees, and guests.
- Keep the salon running efficiently and in an organized manner.
- Address personnel issues as they arise in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure an exceptional salon experience.
- Evaluate staff performance through regular reviews and aid in employee training and development.
- Maintain inventory and oversee the monthly costing of all supplies.
- Manage hiring, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
- Organize and lead staff and management meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers.
- Complete regular reports, including sales, employee performance, stock levels, and guest feedback.
- Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) and data management systems, ensuring updated client profiles and accurate data entry.Customer Service:
- Ensure the salon maintains the highest levels of customer service in line with the SAESTA (Smile, Acknowledge, Education, Sell, Talk, Appreciate) model.
- Promote a customer-first culture where every request is met with a solution.
- Foster a passionate and caring service culture that exceeds expectations.Key Relationships:
