ACCOUNT MANAGERADVERTISING - SPONSORED PRODUCT ADSCAPE TOWN Responsibilities:- Drive adoption of self-service advertising platform for Sponsored Advertising
- Analyze sales metrics and advertising data to identify trends and improve performance
- Offer clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to sellers
- Create media plans for high-spending sellers and explore upselling opportunities
- Coordinate asset collection for campaign execution
- Manage integration of advertising campaigns into the marketing calendar, ensuring effective communication and delivery
- Oversee billing and payment processes for accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor campaign performance, share results, and maintain execution portfolios
- Surpass advertising sales targets consistently
- Develop promotional materials to boost platform adoption among sellers
- Support Marketplace Account Managers with platform usage and issue resolution
- Gather seller feedback to enhance the advertising platform
- Collaborate with the CRM team on case studies to promote tool usage
- Host educational webinars on performance metrics and insights
- Escalate operational issues to technical teams for resolution
- Matric
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma
- If the degree/diploma qualification requirement isn't met, at least 5 years of account management experience/exposure (through projects or responsibilities) will be required
- 3 years experience in B2B software or advertising sales (account management )
- Digital Marketing, Advertising and Sales experience (must have)
- E-Commerce experience is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets
- Strong track record of internal and external relationship management
