Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Maintain budget control, including food costs, stock management, and waste reduction. Collaborate with suppliers to source the finest ingredients. Work closely with management to uphold the establishments reputation for excellence.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or 5-star establishment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in menu creation, cost control, and kitchen operations. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
