Description:
We are in search of a skilled, professional Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban team, a high-energy individual with drive and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment recruiting blue-collar (bulk).
Duties include:
Sourcing
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Draft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Screening
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ skills, abilities, and cultural fit.
Selecting
- Interview candidates combining various methods
- MIE checks
- Secure successful candidates and initiate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Continues building of candidate pools
Candidate Management
- Loading of candidates on CRM and Excel
- Updating of candidates placed on site
- Management of timesheet and employee numbers
- Co-ordinate with Hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs to build a talent pipeline geared towards fulfilling these requirements.
