We are looking for a young and driven Admitted Attorney that would like to start a career as a Corporate Attorney in the Centurion area. Requirements:- Completed LLB degree
- Admitted Attorney with 2+ years’ post articles experience.
- Own vehicle.
- Valid driver’s License.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications.
- Providing legal advice, reviewing business decisions, and managing transactions.
- Drafting legal contracts, legal correspondence, documentation, and other materials.
- Preparing memorandum to clients, under partners supervision.
- Ensuring proper management of client matters.
- Conducting and coordinating research into a range of legal issues.
- Comfortable with highly confidential information.
- Consult with Clients.
- Analytical thinking.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Logical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Results orientated, energetic and productive.
- Ability to prioritise activities and adjust work schedules in need.
- Need to be organised and able to handle difficult situations.
