Onboarding of customers:1)Understanding/interpreting Service Agreements
2)Creating of customers onto Proman, logging of jobs and ensure pricing is correct
3)Emailing the onboarding Letter (Individual and/or Corporate) to customers
4)Updating Proman Notes
5)Generating ticket(s) on Proman
6)Co-ordinating projects of VSATs, Microwaves, Link(s) and Service(s), whereby 3rd party service providers and various departments are involved
7)Update/email customers on progress of 3rd party installations
8)Interacting with the Sales Department, Creditors, Products, Solutions, Service Management, 2nd level Support/Ops Admin
9)Manage meetings
Reports:
1)Assist with reports for Account Managers on Corporate customers
2)Assist with Nedbank, Standard Bank, FNB Bank reports.
General:
1)Handling Migrations such as the Sunset Project (Tariff / Device / Data Tariffs)
2)Handling Contract Renewals
3)Assisting Account Manager to New Ownerships on links and services
4)Assisting Account Managers to Upgrades and Downgrades of VSATs, links and services
5)Updating Customer details and/or notes on Proman
6)Generating Proman ticket(s) at all times with the correct information and target dates
7)Updating various excel spreadsheets on the Co-ordinators shared drive
8)Attending to general queries depending on the Customer(s)/Departments needs
9)Ensuring that you comply with the POPIA Act and making sure that documents containing personal information is encrypted before it is emailed within Huge Connect and to the Customer.
10)Handling of personal information to be careful when updating such information onto the database and once updated the information should be disposed of
11)Attending to FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank mail boxes
Ad Hoc duties:
•Standing in for colleagues in the Co-ordinators’ department when they are on leave
•Ensure that phone calls that are received are answered timeously and attended to in a professional and courteous manner
•Ensuring that documents are uploaded correctly onto the Co-ordinators Shared Drive (PTBD) and Document Manager (DM)
Requirements:
•Strong Administration skills (Accuracy is vital)•Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
